September 30th, 2006 Meet

Enclosed are some photos from the September Meet.

Members gather in some morning conversation before the meet starts.

The Display Table

Mike hamer brought out a neat display module he assembled to display the Alder CN station that will eventually be installed on Chris Lyon's layout.

These three books comprised Stan Conley's summer reading!

Brian Earl had a 1949 3 rail boxacr car (on right) beside it's 2006 sister which is significantly closer to scale! That's the NMRA N Scale Moonlight & Vulins car in front.

Bill Meredit shared with us the first shot of his new resin Greenville Flatcar. This kit has been developed for the B&O / Erie Historical Group.

Here is the prototype info for the B&O / Erie Greeenville flat car that Bill M used.

Alex Binkley has assembled this great S scale building from a BTS kit.

Al Craig had this beautiful Gauge 1 live steam Southern Railway (UK) 0-6-0 Goods Engine.
Als also had a scratch built N scale 36' single sheath boxcar.

The September Meet will be at our usual haunt - Emmanual United Church - on Smyth Road.
Here are the directions which also appear in the
Mailcar newsletter.

We will be congregating at:

Location: The Emmanuel United Church
