The Display Table

We once again had a Display Table full of some very interesting models

The November Meet will be at our usual haunt - Emmanual United Church - on Smyth Road.
Here are the directions which also appear in the
Mailcar newsletter.

We will be congregating at:

Location: The Emmanuel United Church
691 Smyth Road, Ottawa

The church is located in the north corner of Smyth and Dauphin Roads, just east of the CHEO Hospital.

The November program will include a mixture of clinics in the morning followed by a tour of local layouts in the afternoon.


The subject for the November Display table will be directed towards Perishable Goods Cars.
This would include such things as: cattle cars, reefers, milk cars, etc. In other words, any railroad ars that transported goods which had to be delivered within a set period of time. So feel free to bring in any railroad item related to the theme.


The entry fee is $5.00 at the door. NMRA members can join the SLD / NMRA and enjoy all of its benefits for a nominal fee and guests are always welcome.
