This concrete slab building was built by Alex Binkley. This is from an S scale resin kit.

Alex Binkley had these two S scale bulk head flats on display.

Pierre Burgoyne is busy scratch building / kit bashing an oil depot for the SLD module.

Peter Joyce is building a O scale street car from various kit parts.

Further pictures of the prototype that will aid in Peter's construction.

David Steer brought out his recent purchase of New South Wales Government Railways Class AD60 Garratt locomotive made by Eureka Models (Australia).

These brass etchings of a B&O 0-63 gondola are the basis of a new kit from Bill Meredith.

Ron Newby brought out this beautiful HO laser wood structure he assembled from a kit made by Rusty Stumps.

This brass Sn3 Mason Bogie model was made by Berlyn Model Works and fresh out of the box. Bill Meredith plans on adding DCC.

Bill Meredith also brought out two C&S Sn3 locomotives. These are brass models made by Overland.

Grant Knowles is building a Builders In Scale HOn3 kit of the Jefferson water tank for his model railraod.

The May Meet will be returning to Merrickville.

Location: Holy Trinity Anglican Church
105 Church Street, Merrickville

The church is located on the south side of Highway 43 (Church Street) just east of the main intersection in Merrickville.

The May program will include a mixture of clinics in the morning followed by a tour of local layouts in the afternoon.


Your Executive is not sleeping at nights while they wrestle with dreaming up a "theme" for the Display Table. Rest assured they will come up with another doosy!
Of course indepedant of what they settle on, fell free to bring in anything railroad related to share with your friends!


The entry fee is $5.00 at the door. NMRA members can join the SLD / NMRA and enjoy all of its benefits for a nominal fee and guests are always welcome.
